The Celsius Group

Celsius was founded in 2012 as a full-service ship owning company focusing on special opportunities and infrastructure-like investments within the maritime industry.

Celsius currently has a fleet of 36 vessels spanning across LNG carriers, chemical tankers, product tankers as well as container feeders.

Through attractive entry points and excellent commercial performance, Celsius has created significant value from asset value appreciation and running cash flow from operation.

Current office locations include Monaco, Copenhagen, Hong Kong, South Korea, and China.
In 2019, Celsius Shipping was awarded a Børsen Gazelle for achieving continuous growth in revenue and gross profit.

Jeppe Jensen founds Celsius Shipping

2013

The Company's first vessel, the stainless steel chemical tanker ’Celsius Manilla’, is acquired

2015

Celsius enters the container feeder segment, acquiring a fleet of eight container feeder vessels

2016

Celsius enters the dry-bulk segment, through the acquisition of 18 Ultramax dry-cargo vessels

2017

With the acquisition of four MR/Handy sized clean petroleum product tankers, Celsius expands into a new segment

2018

The first 180,000 CBM LNG carriers are ordered by Celsius at Samsung Heavy Industries

2019

Celsius Tech Ltd. is established and successfully complete TMSA Audits by gas majors
