Troels joined Celsius in 2022. He began his career as a Marine Engineer, sailing on various vessels. Later, he transitioned to Clipper, where he served as a Technical Superintendent and prior to joining Celsius he held the position of Senior Vessel Manager at Torm. Troels is educated as a Dual Purpose Officer, with qualifications in Marine Engineering, Electro Technical Engineering, and Navigational Officer duties.
